Tumorigenesis: systems biology I

This bridged PhD project studies the interactions of signal transduction and metabolism in normal and cancer cell lines, through a combination of quantitative experimentation and modelling. This should ultimately lead to in silico designed drug target strategies where both the metabolic network and the signal transduction network can be targeted at the same time.
