AIMMS researchers on the 2016 most Influential Articles list in the field of applied microbiology

Recently, the BMC Microbial Cell Factories journal presented a list with the most Influential Articles, including the paper “A novel consortium of Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Streptococcus thermophilus for increased access to functional fermented foods”. This paper by a.o. AIMMS researchers Remco Kort (Molecular Cell Physiology) and Bas Teusink (Systems Bioinformatics) was amongst the five most discussed and shared articles of 2016.
