Medical Natural Sciences was the logical choice for me. I find various fields of sciences interesting, and the medical aspect provides a tangible goal. The classes are diverse and mostly on a small scale, allowing close interaction with your lecturers and fellow students. They were a good preparation for my research project, which, in true MNS style, is a multi-disciplinary collaboration between microbiology and physics departments. MNS research projects allow you to see the big picture, understanding all the facts that are involved in the functioning, monitoring, and manipulation of life.
